The Timber Yard

A stage designed and built by alterplace for Novel's Dennis Sulta and Bradley Zero show at The Timber Yard, Port Melbourne — made almost entirely from reclaimed hardwood fence palings to settle into the venue's rustic character. Two mountainous wings rise on either side of the artist, veiling back-of-house and framing the space, while five three-dimensional timber diamonds form the centrepiece — mirrored behind the artists in pixel-mapped LED.
